What To Expect
We are thrilled to have you join us. Here are a few things you may wonder about or notice when you come.
Children aren’t just welcome, they are embraced! Sometimes worship can be fine dining but most of the time it is a family picnic. We know kids are in worship and make noise. That’s great! It is the kind of noise we like to hear.
But if your child should need a break, there is a comfort room available where you can still follow worship but give your child the time they need.
Come as you are. You will find people in dresses and suits and others in tee shirts and jeans. Just come. We don’t care what you’re wearing.
People bring their bibles. We like to use the scriptures intentionally in our worship. But don’t worry if you don’t have a bible. We have one for every seat so use ours.
People make an offering. A part of our service includes people who are supporting the mission of our church. As a new friend, we don’t expect you to give so don’t feel any expectations or pressure.
People will probably say “Hi.” We love to make friends.
Communion. We have communion every Sunday and everyone is welcome. If you don’t feel ready to commune, don’t sweat it. Just know you are invited!
There are a variety of ways to worship God and all of them are amazing. Take your time and find the way that connects you with your need for God in worship.
